Your privacy is of great importance to me. I adhere to privacy laws, which means that I:
1. Clearly state my purposes before processing your personal data through the privacy policy;
2. Store as few personal data as possible and only the data necessary for my purposes;
3. Explicitly ask for consent to process your personal data, if consent is required;
4. Take necessary security measures to protect your personal data;
5. Respect your rights, such as the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data processed by me.

Your data is safe with me, and I will always use it responsibly. In the privacy policy, I explain what I do with the information I learn about you. If you have any questions or want to know exactly what I keep about you, please contact me. When my website changes, I will also need to update the privacy policy. So, always pay attention to the date above and check regularly for new versions.

Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Forms
Through my forms, you can send me messages to ask questions, make requests, file complaints, make appointments, or for other purposes. For this, I use your name, email address, and phone number and possibly additional information if included in the form. I need this information to contact you. I keep this information indefinitely, but I can delete your data upon request.

Disclosure to Other Companies or Institutions
I do not under any circumstances provide your personal data to other companies or institutions unless I am legally obligated to do so (e.g., if the police require it in case of a suspected crime). Social media buttons are included on my website. The administrators of these services collect your personal data. So, be sure to read their privacy policies.

Cookies
My website uses cookies. Cookies are small files where I can store information so you don’t have to fill it in repeatedly. They also allow me to see that you are visiting my site again. When you first visit my website, I display a message explaining cookies and ask for your consent to use them. You can disable cookies through your browser, but some functions of my website may not work properly. I have made agreements with other companies that place cookies about their use, but I do not have full control over what they do with the cookies themselves. So, be sure to read their privacy policies.

Liability
Neither I nor my company can be held liable for any damage you may incur from the use of your data without my permission.

Portrait Rights
I frequently take photos of people who are clearly recognizable. By commissioning me, the client gives permission to store these images. The client is also responsible for obtaining consent from the photographed individuals. I still advise clients to include in their employment contracts and event regulations that they have the right to photograph people and use the images commercially.

Google Analytics
I use Google Analytics to track how visitors use this website. I have a processing agreement with Google, which includes strict agreements about what they are allowed to keep track of. I have not allowed Google to use the Analytics information obtained for other Google services. I have Google anonymize the IP addresses.

Security
The security of personal data is very important to me. To protect your privacy, access to personal data is protected with a username and password. I use secure connections (Secure Sockets Layer or SSL) to shield all information between you and my website when you enter personal data.

Access, Change, and Deletion of Your Data
If you have questions or want to know which personal data I have about you, you can always contact me. Please make sure to clearly indicate who you are so I can ensure I don’t modify or delete the data of the wrong person.

You have the following rights:
+ Explanation of what personal data I have and what I do with it;
+ Access to the precise personal data I have;
+ Correcting errors;
+ Deleting outdated personal data;
+ Withdrawing consent;
+ Objecting to a specific use.

Complaints
If you have any problems with the data that I have stored about you, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
